1. Readings

All readings, whether live or pre-recorded, are non-refundable. Once a reading has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your reading, we encourage you to reflect on the content provided, but please understand that this is a personal service and is not eligible for a refund.

2. Products (Physical Goods)

If you purchased a physical product from our website and wish to request a refund or return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Return Window: You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) when requesting a return or refund.
  • Return Process:
    • Photos Required: Before returning the product, please take clear photos of the product to demonstrate its condition and any defects (if applicable).
    • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any returned items. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
    • Refund Upon Receipt: Once the product has been returned to us in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Sale Items

  • Non-Refundable Sale Items: All products purchased on sale or discounted are non-refundable. This includes clearance or promotional items.

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Any product returned after 14 days from the date of receipt
  • Any products that are used, damaged, or not in the original condition

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.
